My VAL was rejected at 35%. After several attempts to know the reason, I was not given any. But my university appealed for VAL again- and after 3 weeks of patient waiting, today I was notified that my VAL appeal have been rejected at 60%.
Still no reason given.
Malaysia immigration have been one hard place for me to understand! If you reject a student, have some decency to at least give a reason, so that the student can stop having high hopes of going for studies there! Even in my Bachelors, I faced same difficulties to get my VAL- and then I had to quit after an year of trying. But as soon as I joined another country’s university, my VAL was approved. That was back in 2013. The worst immigration department I have ever dealt with!
