Hey, guys! Could anyone help me with this situation? I received a notification on July 21st that my university (UTM Johor) had collected my VAL that is approved by EMGS and Immigration. I am at 80% now, so I have to obtain a Single-entry visa, but in order to do that I need to receive at least an electronic version of VAL myself. I have been trying to contact my university for TWO WEEKS already and I received NO REPLY. What should I do now? I appreciate any help on this matter.

  You should wait. You will receieve electronic VAL. dont worry

      usually it takes around two weeks sometime it can take upto one month
