Is pre-arrival medical report mendatory for public university?

    thanks. I think so even I didn’t send my Health examination report for VAL apply.

  Only people from India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Other countries not mandatory, sometimes however, your institution will send you a form to sign and upload then after you arrive in Malaysia you’ll do the check up.
