It takes 14 working days to obtain the Visa Approval Letter(VAL), provided the information on your documents are correct and complete. However, the application process may be delayed if there are discrepancies with your documents.”

  It means if there no problems(problems like photo rejection because it doesn’t meet requirements, or passport expiry date etc.) with your documents it should take 14 days to complete the process. However, if there are problems it will be delayed accordingly.
