I think you should email them again. ASAP. and specify your need and where you are stuck at. Make sure every detail they need to know is it that one single email so they can put you through as fast as they could. Usually they will answer within 7 days (I usually get my reply in 5 days). And for your institution I think you should call them or go see them and ask about this, if possible.

You should contact both EMGS and th institution, and explain to the the problem you’re facing. Because normally, the institution emails the proof of payment to EMGS just after one or two days EMGS requests it and EMGS normally have to update one day after receiving the proof of payment. You sould call or email them as soon as possible.

I got an email from the institution… they said…
we have already submit to finance, now waiting for the approval from their department.

and I just contacted to the institution that I need to change duration… because visa still on pending….
