EMGS i have question .. students from *Yemen, Syria, Libya and Iraq* are required to obtain the Single Entry Visa (SEV) from the Malaysian Embassy in their respective countries. For those countries which do not have any Malaysian Embassy, the student is required to obtain the *SEV from a neighbouring country*

this role aslo for a student who is already existing in Malaysia.is he need to go out the country and back again?
