I am surprised that the percentage of my application’sprocessing stuck on 7% almost three weeks now. Though reason the remains that my proof of payment has not been submitted to EMGS, may I suggest that there is need for a mechanism to improve on this so that applicants may not be taking longer time before the their applications may be processed to allow them continue with other processes.
