Hi Honorable Emgs officer
Few months ago i have applied for bachelor in a Malaysian institution with my diploma certificate which was from one of the Malaysian institutions. But my visa process was stopped by emgs at 15% because it was doubtful. So after that i asked them to process my bachelor application without the diploma certificate and then my application was accepted and i am able to enroll in the bachelor with my ssc and hsc certificate and able to come to Malaysia. After coming to Malaysia i went to that university college where i had completed my diploma to ask them how to fix the doubtful certificate issue. Then that university college said they can help me solving the issue only if my visa process is on progress. Since i have proceeded without the diploma certificate they cannot fix the doubtfulness of the certificate. Now i would like to know from you, whether it is true or not that they cannot help me regarding this issue and is there any way i am able to fix the doubtfulness of my diploma certificate from emgs office or anywhere else? Because i have complated my diploma and I don’t want that diploma certificate to go in vain. I hope you would understand my concern. I would really appreciate your reply and help.
