Dear EMGS,
My application is stuck at 5% since Oct 3. In my follow up message, I would like to know if my university (UPM) hasn’t submitted the payment yet (the uni has already approved my application) or whether your finance is still processing it?

  i have the same prob with upm my app is stuck at %7 since 26/sep today i knew that the upm hasnt submitted my payment ,
  u should contact them .
