Dear EMGS !
my application is approved by the instituion and it shows 7%. I have to join University by 31st of October as I am Fully funded Scholarship awardee by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
Will you please let me know in how many days It will be fully approved for an eVAL?

  I am at 35 % and my process started on 14 September. They required additional documents 2 times so it is delayed a little bit. Hope you get your val early but I don’t think you have enough time

  Thanks for your reply, I have to tell you that I am HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN Scholarship awardee and I have to join University of Malaya by 31st of October 2018.
  Now my application is in EMGS, kindly proceed further so immigration also takes time to issue eVAL.
  I have very short time because I have to join UM as per HEC PAKISTAN dates.
  I hope that you will do kind and fast approval consideration of my eVAL application.
