Guys please can anyone explain to me what does

The supporting letter for the endorsement of your Student Pass is ready for collection by your institution.
Kindly refer to your institution for further information.

Is that mean my passport ready to collect from emgs or is it mean i should send my passport to emgs now for the student pass purpose
Please someone explain because i have ielts test on Wednesday and i need the passport

  Contact your Uni, they can ask to submit by next week, supporting letter has about 2 weeks to send to immigration if am not mistaken.

    So thats mean my passport is still with my uni , and they need to submit the passport within this two weeks, is that what u meant?

  Yes, that means the visa hasn’t been endorsed yet and the pass with the Uni, but still contact them, they might manage some way for you to have your passport this week.
