Dear Emgs sir or madam,

I did contact the university and they reply that they not issue any explantion letter and they sent me the release letter and I beleive the release letter and the acadmic report been smbited with documents on the 20th of sept.
And they ask me if I’m refering to the withdrawl letter ? Because I withdraw my course last year ? And one question please is it possible for me to repeat the same course or not ?
