Hi I needed some information. Basically my university has been telling me that i have to stay back for a lot of things for the withdrawal of my program. I am extremely ill and i need to go back to my country. They are telling me to endorse my passport first and then cancel it which is going to take about a month than another month including the cancellation. I really need your help officer and i would really appreciate all the help i can get because my health is deteriorating and i need my family and medical support. Please help me.
