Assalamu’alaikum

I have several questions as following ;

1- What is IM14 form?
2- What is IPTA (L2-L3)
3- I was notified by EMGS yesterday that “Please take note that the course name on the Offer Letter does not match the course name on the IM14 form. The institute is required to submit the correct documents/information.”

The question is, where was the problem come from, me or my institution? And what must I do to solve this problem?
