Dear EMGS,
My application has been on 0% still and stuck on the “student record created” status only. I didn’t get the “document checking in progress” status or anything else, and nothing indicates that its moving but I have already submitted all documents and the status is green, so I wanted to know if I need to do anything or if you can update me on the situation because it doesn’t show up on my application tracker. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
