hi,
i need only the SEV to go
but in my VAL say that i have to do it in sudan
and i cant go to there
can i do it in KSA ?

  Yes u can if you have Saudi Iqama residence
  I have called Malaysia embassy in Riyadh.
  They they asked me these documents,:
  Visa form (you can download it from website)
  Passport
  Iqama copy
  Offer letter
  VAL
  One way flight ticket
  Exit reentry visa or Final Exit visa
