Dear altruist EMGS officers.
I have big issue regarding changing institution like private university to government university Like UPM already I got Offer latter. Currently I am studying in a private university at Pj but I have long history behind this. Actually I have been cheated by an agent. my study background is science and my last certificate is diploma in electrical engineering. But when I decide to study in Malaysia that time I got the agent via my friend I told him I want study any engineering subject he told me he will help me and finally I can’t that and he make a lots of scene and drama with me and laying with me. I can’t do anything that time I already gave my money to him. Right now I already got my second year pass renewal so is it still possible to change institute without leave the country. And what should I do please help me out.
