Dear EMGS, my progress is still stuck at 15 %, how i can fly without this, meanwhile, my registration date is very closed at 27 august

  Hi Ferdi… if your country requires you to process SEV, then you cannot fly yet.
  In my case, it took me 3 weeks for my application to get 80%.
  Then another 3 days to process my SEV.
