If your university is a public university you don’t need a representative to meet you at the airport
Yes it is IIUM public university. So I can go to the university myself right? There is nothing important that representative need to do at the airport? Like forming student pass?
I don’t understand what you mean by ‘forming student pass’. Basically you need your eval, offer letter and sev at the point of entry. Those 3 documents are essential and nothing else
You need to get it after arriving Malaysia.
I know what student pass is, you don’t need it at the airport, the 3 items I mentioned earlier are what you need at the entry point. Peace

You don’t need a rep from university. All you gotta do is issue you eval and sev upon entry in Malaysia. After that you’ll have to report to the university. You can go there by yourself.
