Hello dear officer, I got sick because of only NOC letter , one week past and still my process stoped on 15% . I called the institution they said they are waiting for request !!!! I talked with Iran embassy they said also waiting for request
I confused , what to do ??
My offer letter will be expire and I will lose my study just because of one letter
Please help me officer

  U mean LOE, because NOC is for students from Sudan. You are from Iran. You have to wait one week for it.
