Good morning from Thailand,
Referring to my previous questions, our international students (from the Philippines, Morocco, Spain, etc.) have applied for eVALs, some of them received it.

I have asked before regarding the location of visa collection in case of international students, I was given answer as the photo attached (it is on the thread here too). Does it mean that the host university in MY can make amendment to the collection location? Our foreign students received an email from USM that they need to collect the visa in their home country which it is not affordable for them. Please clarify this point ad thank you as usual.
