Dear EMGS,
I am an international student from Singapore (currently a PR, with an Indian passport). I received an acceptance letter from USM (Health Campus) for the MSc in Neuroscience program (Feb 2019). When is the earliest that I can start applying for my Student Visa? Singapore does not have any EMGS certified clinics for the medical screening. Is it possible for me to go to an EMGS certified clinic in Johor and do the medical screening there instead?

  Hello Iman, eval once approved is valid for 6 months, if your session starts in November… You can not apply before October. As for the medical evaluation is concerned… Pre arrival medical evaluation is only required for private universities. USM is a public university. You will have to go thru post arrival medical evaluation at university medical center.
