Hi! My eVAL has been stuck on 5% since 26th of July. It’s been 12 days now and I’m getting really nervous about it. It still reads ‘Pending payment from Institution’. Orientation is on 18th September.
Thank you for the quick response! I did all the documentation stuff through an agent, so should I co tact the agents to communicate with the university or should I do it myself directly? Thank you.
