Hello EMGS officer!
Please how accurate is the online photo checker on your website. I’ve been taking different professional passport photos with accurate lighting and resolution as required but it still keeps rejecting them. What would you advice me to do? Thanks

    send the orginal photo that you take with out comprising it .

  I advise you take the photo with white background and follow the recommended pixel strictly… If you can do that, you may not necessarily have to be concerned with the picture checker.
