It has been now more than a week that i am not able to completely fill my eVISA form since my photo is not accepted. There is no option to upload a new photo on http://www.windowmalaysia.my. I contacted with their representative and he advised me to refer to EMGS. According to them they don’t have the authority to upload a new photo since all the data is retrieved from eVAL details.Moreover i had uploaded all the documents including my photo at the time of filling application form on EMGS website.So you are responsible for making any changes. Kindly upload my new photo by today so that I can get my eVISA on time without any delay . And please don’t recommend me to visit nearest Malaysia Embassy because that is too far from my place .For your convenience i have mailed you my new photo which is ideal for eVISA application form. Kindly assist me as soon as possible.Hope you will help me in the best possible way.
