Sorry i want to ask something seems like a stupid question, but im curious.
In what %percentage is our eVal is ready to download? 100%? Or 35%?. Im asking this because i took a look in emgs timeline, found that someone shout their eval is approved and ready to download when it reach 35%, is that true?.
And did anyone in here who have to registration on this september in UTM KL? :’) me from Indonesia.

    No 70 % mean u may download after two days of val approved and 38 means ur Val is approved
