Dear Emgs officer, I am from guyana,south america. You told me before that guyanese nationals can get the SEV upon arrival from the airport, so they don’t have to apply for it via the malaysian embassy. However, what about the special pass stamp? do I have to go to the malaysian embassy to get it or I can get it from the airport upon arrival?
