Dear officer.
I really confused right now, because i have already apply my eVal online in EMGS website via credit card and the transaction is success with receipt sent to my inbox.
But when i want to start tracking my application, my application status is canceled. So what should i do now?
I already contact the merchants. But it takes a long time for the reply.

    Already sent my complaint email also with my prove of transaction . But i get no Response from the admin.
