Dear emgs officer ,
There is some problem occurs to my visa application, emgs officer required me to present ielts or conditional offer letter from my previous school since i graduated from malaysian high school. But i don’t have ielts certificate and i don’t know if emgs officer would accept my conditional offer letter or not. I decided to change my course from design to english course if they reject my letter since my course haven’t started yet. So my question is do they take my visa application fee or not if i change my course ? Or do i have to reregister my visa again?
