Dear EMGS,
My name is Le Ngo Phuong Thao. Passport number: B8247808. DOB is 2 Feb 1990. I’m the student of RELIANCE college, batch DHM 089, taking diploma in tourism and hotel management course.
My passport currently at Immigration Department for Student Visa Renew. And I’m currently doing my Internship at St Regis Langkawi, for 6 months, end of this month I will finish my Internship!
The problem is my passport already expired on 14 February 2017. And because some reasons my college send it late on March 2017 to EMGS. So until now almost finish August I haven’t take back my passport yet. I have called to EMGS hotline and my college presentative to get the support but the end of the day still nothing happen and still pending!!
Today my college presentative came to EMGS, and he have received the request that EMGS will give him a letter and he will flight to Langkawi and take me back to KL to see EMGS.
I agreed to back to KL, no matter how I need my passport back. EMGS please understand for my situation right now that I didn’t do anything wrong, I have finished my study well, attend class good, doing my intern well. And somehow just because office mistake and they are put me on this situation!!! leaving in Langkawi without passport, even thought I’m sick also can not go clinic!!! Even my mom go hospital I also can not back country to take care for her!!! During 6 months I can not go anywhere out of Langkawi!!!
So I wrote this email wanted the helping and understanding from EMGS, that on 17,18 I will flight back to KL, please help me to proceed quickly so that I can take back my passport on 18 and so that I can back my country early!
