I still have a question regarding eVALs. What would happen if the students ((Thai) 1) enter Malaysia as a tourist and come back to Thailand after receiving eVAL, and getting SEV ? And another case if the students get eVALs, but not applied for SEV yet, can they enter Malaysia as a tourist?
