Dear Sir/Madam,
I arrived to malaysia soon with Special pass for one month, then i went to visa unit to finish my visa Procedure, but Unfortunately, they told me that i came early ,because still two months for semester to start. By the way, my offer leter or VAL wrere not metion with limited time to arrive malaysia, So i hope find a solution about my subject, because my Special pass is going to finish.
