You receive your val on 3 working days then your val status is increase to 70% and when u pay immigration bond fee then status increase to 80% and rest 20% is increase ..once you arrive in malaysia , you have to do post medical checkup, and after that you submit your passport to your college for student pass and when you recive your passport ..it becomes 100%.
