Dear Officer,
My VAL application was approved on 5th July 2018. However, until now I can’t download the eCopy of the said VAL in the “Track Application” site. Note that the status rating is at 38%. When I can possibly download the said document? Thank you and best regards from the Philippines.

      My VAL was approved on 6th july..and thay say that VAL can be downloaded after 3 working days but still i am unable to download it and stuck at 38%

      Let us just wait for another 24-48 hours. If still unavailable, it might have certain issues.

  Thank you. But it seems like the 3 working days from approval date is over. Still I cant acquire it.
