Dear EMGS officer, how long will it normally take for the processing of Ph. D. Visa?

  Hi thariq ansar,
  
  Please be informed that the processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days from the date we receive the complete application documents and payment from the institution. However the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
