I need explanation please officer. Where do I submit my passport to? And what does institution representative mean? does it mean the university?

  Let me answer u if u dont mind… Yes they mean to submitt ur passport to the university after u arrive to malaysia..but first once u recive the u have to take the offer letter – val letter-passport – photo to the malaysian embassy in ur country before u come over.. Best of luck
