Hello, I have been waiting two weeks for a mistake to be remedied – EMGS is asking for my untranslated O level transcript, which I have already submitted and resubmitted through the institution, and then checked with you through a call and confirmed that EMGS does in fact have the exact document that you’re asking for. I believe the mistake lies in that my high school name is in English, but that’s the original name of the school. The transcript is in Spanish. I beg you to fix this error because I’m afraid I will miss my July intake because of this simple misunderstanding. I am now only waiting for this to be fixed to be able to resume my plans of travelling to and studying in Malaysia.
