Greetings to you EMGS,
Please I applied for my renewal of my visa since on the 9th of April, 2018 but up till now it has been on 50% since on the 8th of May, 2018. Meanwhile my current visa has expired on the 3rd of May, 2018 and my institution asked me to apply for *SPECIAL PASS (SP) which I have applied but up till now, it has been on 50% and it is roughly 3 weeks plus now my special pass isn’t out yet but EMGS is requesting for my passport to enable them issue my Visa which I have also submitted my passport to my institution. Each time I go to my institution to ask What is happening, all they tell me is that they are waiting for my SPECIAL PASS to come out. Please can you tell me what is still holding my SPECIAL PASS not to be issued yet.
