I am reporting a problem related to my visa renewal, I have been already submitted documents and visa renewal fee to my institution “USM (Penang) since 8th May 2018. I am regularly checking my status, it’s still 0% with a message that receiving of documents and visa renewal is pending, why it’s so delayed?
