Dear EMGS,
I hope this email finds you well. I have an issue regarding my eVAL application. You asked for the CGPA for my graduation cert. However, I sent the graduation report as well as a detailed report for the four years with grade for each subject. The issue is the CGPA grading system was not implemented in EGYPT in 2004 when I graduated.
USM do understand this and accepted my for MA this year.
I hope you consider this matter and waiting for your response.
