We appreciate all efforts you have been doing with all student around the world . And I’m asking for your help in my friend application . I have asked before about his status. His application pending long time now because he has previous under university and you advice me last time to ask his previous university to send cancelation documents to you and they did like one week ago but his new visa still pending . So just he wants to me make sure there is no other things required or what is the next action he should do.
