Dear Sir/Madam,
I received Conditional Offer Letter for Post Graduate Admission, first semester of 2018/2019 session September intake. Please guide me regarding the procedure to obtain a Visa Approval Letter. I am confused about the following points:
– Is it required that I send hard copies or should I submit scanned copies of all required documents, such as passport, academic degrees and transcripts, and most recent passport sized photograph online through EMGS website?

– In that case, when should I get them certified by the embassy, solicitor, notary public or foreign ministry – before online submission or after?

I will be grateful for kind guidance.

  That’s really a very helpful response. Thank you very much. I am filling in my visa application form and at this moment and have uploaded all the documents except the last document the for requires, i.e., Pre-Arrival Medical Report (only from non-registered overseas panel clinics). I really have no detailed idea related to it. I am really confused if I must must submit a medical report at this stage. If yes, of which medical tests and from where.
