Good afternoon, sir… I’m Ninik, Indonesia, pasport number B6598171, EMGS send me a notification that I should submit my academic result from previous institution in order to complete my student visa requirement. However, I already submit it together with My academic certificate in one file. My previous institution type ACADEMIC RESULT using the word ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT. Should I resend the same file to solve the problem? this is a problem if the name of title is ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT not ACADEMIC RESULT?
