Hello EMGS officer,
Good day,
I am writing for my VAL letter, I was a student in Westminster international college and I was Studying BABS.

MY offer letter was 2+1, which mean two years in Malaysia and last year in UK, But I prefer to process my studies in Malaysia, but higher education was not agreeing at the beginning but lately they accept it and all students with 2+1 changed to 3+0 BABS

My visa was expired on 7/Jul/2017 and I got 3 special pass and couldn’t able to renew my visa
Since Higher education accepted with me to process my studies and my institute reapply for my renewal and it was rejected by EMGS and advise us to re submit our IM14 Application…
Our question is that how long it will take to get VAL APPROVAL AND why emgs rejected
My application..

  Ohhh okay, the institute responded late because the higher education was not accepting it to process our last year in Malaysia, but I have asked again our institute to submit new application for VAL ASAP
