    I got this notification on the 16th of March.

    Could you please tell me what it means? Do I need to go to my university and ask them to submit something because my progress is still stuck at 30% yellow color?

      One more question if you don’t mind, from this date on, how long this process will take until my previous VAL is cancelled and start processing with my current val?
