Dear All, I need help with my daughter visa app. We already have green 100% circle with notification “application closed”. the institution said we have to send more document and we did it. Then the circle back to 15%. What that mean? Does it mean that this have to go back from the start? And we have to pay again? Ya Allah… please help.

  I am sure you dont have to pay again but not sure about the process
