Attention plz.
I am tottally new in this EMGS process.
My EMGS student record was created 31-01-2019.Bt still the process shown 0%.My friend said me that my VAL Or offer letter Allready camed 2 days ago.Is this possible without EMGS compliting.He said me that I can go Malaysia Now & After the EMGS complete within some days.
