Hi. I am having issues with passing the facial verification on my EMGS account. I have completed my Pre Departure Check list successfully on my first phone , but when I changed phones yesterday I tried to log in to my pre departure check list on my new phone and it keeps on saying that I failed the verification test. Hello, I am awaiting the verification now for the past 2 days. My flight is on Friday is it possible to verify my Pre-Departure CheckList as soon as possible before my flight? Thank you
