Yes, but 28 days should pass starting from the time you get the j&j dose. After 28 passes then you can apply for Home quarantine.

I got my second dose today can I apply for home quarantine from tomorrow if I want to travel to Malaysia on 15 January or do I have to wait 14 days after the second dose then apply?
