First go the ministry of education Abuja and certified your certificates as bona fide owner and eligibility letter after that you go to the federal ministry of foreign affairs office fore their endorsement on the certificates before you proceed to Malaysian embassy for SEV.

Thereafter, I reapply for university B e-VAL will EMGS consider my application for university B e-VAL? Because I do not want to lose both.
